“My favorite way to express myself creatively is through fiber and color: bold, saturated color. Art quilting has been my perfect vehicle for this expression. I love to experiment with a variety of substrates and techniques to achieve the look I’m after. I enjoy doing pictorial work – mostly inspired by nature, sometimes motivated by people or places, mood or emotion. Recently I have been moving toward more abstract design. I feel so lucky to have discovered the joys of needle and thread.”
