“My work explores the relationship between storytelling, fabric arts, and fine arts. I use multimedia to create a unique fabric painting with traditional quilting, fine art techniques, beads and crystals to create a visual story. As I manipulate many pieces of fabric, paint, beading and thread, I hope the viewer can come away with a sense of fantasy and fun. I am a story teller at heart, and my hope is that my work gives the sense of fun that I have when I create my images.”
